Made-to-Order Products:

• Unless otherwise specified, all products are made to order.
• Our standard lead time for production and delivery is approximately 15-18 weeks.
• This timeline includes the time required for both the production of your custom item and its delivery to your specified address.

Shipping and Delivery:

• Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on location and product dimensions.
• Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
• The tracking details will provide an estimated delivery time so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

International Shipping: 

• International shipping is limited.  Please inquire if available at hello@farawaylovely.com. Additional customs fees, taxes, and duties may apply for international orders.
